Specialinstallations

In Chemical Industry Specialinstallations are industrial unit operations that produce specialty chemicals  throughout physical and chemical  transformations.  Specialty chemicals are in the most varied state: liquid form, high viscous, pasty, powder, granules, flakes, beads, high melting, low melting, flammable, eco. They are all produced in Specialinstallations which allow the transformation of different basic chemical species into more complex ones with final desired properties (REACTORS). They are processed in specialized machines (MIXERS) for chemical-physical homogenization of various solids, liquid and pasty components, in high or low viscosity, at high or low temperature, at high or low pressure or under vacuum. Specialty chemical products are then extruded, or flaked, or made into pellets, or pulverized or simply  filled and packaged in various and diversified  types of packaging (PACKAGING).  In order to obtain the highest levels of quality, repeatability and safety required, Specialinstallations are always governed by automatic controls (CONTROL SYSTEMS) and safety systems (SIS, ESD), beside  remote supervisory system (MIS).
